CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

• Cancellation of appointments may occur without charge if notice is received 48 hours or more before the appointment.

• Late cancellations are those with less than 48 hours notice and will incur a $50.00 fee.

• Clients with more than 2 missed/late appointments will be required to pay a deposit to re-book appointments.

• Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

LATENESS POLICY

Late arrival may result in a shortened service to allow us to be on time for our next guest. Late arrival of greater than 10 minutes may result in loss of appointment slot and the need to reschedule.
